      Management does not respect you. Many associates are stagnant and staying in roles longer than they should. This company is very political and respects politics more than intelligence or performance.

      Budgets and decision making for technical programs are centralized at a high level with little to no consideration for how it affects individual programs and their unique needs. Heavy bureaucracy involved in setting up simple things.
