      Pros

      General manager very "human." Awesome teamwork. Everyone that works for them cares about the place they work they don't see it as just a job.

      Cons

      Don't have many bad things to say. I have worked for Marriott for a year now and I still love working there.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
