- CTO is a bully and a hypocrite. Tech teams don't communicate with him, so he pours out his frustration on different teams doing exactly the same thing. - they brag about their company's values but they are just words, there is no embodiment of them inside the company. - there is micromangement, and questioning what are you doing constantly. - during recruitment process they are looking for and saying how much data driven and improvement-focused they are, but in reality if you want to change something there is a bunch of obstacles from management and even the smallest thing needs to be approved. - the communication is this organization does not exist. Management do not talk with eachother, if you are bellow you typically don't know what is going on because no one is telling you anything. So often times you get crucial informations by accident, or you need to become your manager and get to the bottom of the issue but then you don't even know who to ask because different people tell you different things. - constant stress and to much work on one to handle. - management do not listen to you if you bring up any problem. - overall fakeness - all smiles, everything is good, there are no problems.
