      I can’t find any to be honest

      - long hours - little pay - working outside on tar to start - long interview process for a horrible job - managers spy on employees through cameras and watching from food court

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
