      Great staff discount, nice work atmosphere, work was not difficult

      Cons

      Minimum wage and only time and a quarter on Sundays and rarely holiday pay. Pay is also monthly which can be very hard to manage. The work can be very boring during quiet times.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
