      Modern store, good discount, friendly staff

      Cons

      Management is poor, and unorganised. Staff were constantly blamed for lack of sales despite there being a lack of stock in store. Part-time staff were fired due to the store not making enough money.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
