      the salary was only thing that was good

      Cons

      toxic working environment bad organization and working shifts (manager is always working in the morning while others are always in the afternoon ) nothing to learn here even if you want unrealistic sale goals as well as non educated staff

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
