Nothing much, join here only in case you are not having any other offer
Cons
1. Management are changing very frequently so there is no much stability. 2. In Pune office, there is a lot of grouping and politics. 3. No strong leader for taking any tough and fair decisions. 4. Hikes/appraisals are very poor(Even they will not give proper reasons for low hikes). 5. Pune office is controlled by AH USA and Germany offices. Seems like working on a third party payroll in the same company. 6. Management doesn't take employee concern seriously and they show rude behaviors.
