Too much of a bureaucracy! You cannot do your job yourself as you need to follow the process all the time and before you send anything outside the company, it must be approved by the VP of the group, you just feel like a robot filling in spreadsheets and waiting around for management approvals ... you do not feel like you are a part of a team, as there is no team actually in once place as usually departments are located in different countries and even continents! Lack of human aspect as most of task is done via email and conference calls; not good internal communication
