      Good and positive work culture Work life balance.

      Cons

      Shift need to follow. If you get involved in any project then it will be difficult to move to another project. Some times client is very strict about delivery he don't understand input has modified several times.

      Office politics at times, but you can typically overcome that with productivity, effort and advocating for yourself
