Pros
The consulting teams are great to work with. If you're the right person...you get a lot of perks and flexibility. Many people work remotely. Open Management Accounting System (generally speaking) - you know what's going on with the company from a business standpoint. That is very refreshing.
Cons
Travel, Travel, Travel. Consultants travel all of the time. Since new HR Manager was hired there have been a lot of changes (some due to the economy - but not all). The compny is making changes under the premise of taking the company to a more professional level. But the changes have elminiated the small casual company/family atmosphere that made Pcubed special. There are very few opportunites for advancement. Management tells you otherwise - don't believe them.
