Pros
Pcubed has offered me a place to direct my own consulting career. Of course there are sacrifices to be made, like working on projects/programmes you are not interested in for a period of time, but that is consulting across the board. Pcubed has an open non-hierarchical communication structure, there is none of the backstabbing and political posturing that I experienced in other Consulting firms. Salary is around market average at level, but they do have an uncapped bonus scheme, which is dependent upon your performance each half linked to the companies revenue & EBIT. After just over a year at the firm I can safely say I am enjoying work considerably more than my previous role. Pcubed is one to watch
Cons
A recent merger has in increased attrition at Pcubed. But this is fairly par for the course. Benefits package, especially the pension is not as good as other firms.
