Pros
Health benefits, few senior management people who are still sticking around (albeit they will be leaving anytime soon).
Cons
Senior management lie to the customers by over promising and under delivering, makes it worse. The Sr. mgmt. runs business like wild west cowboys not heeding to team and back stabbing is worse. They call engagements as business transition but it always is technical work. Internal resource management is worse and the idea of providing resource management to other clients is the last straw. The internal joke is who will get the blame when a project goes wrong (due to the actual senior member fault), the answer is always the bench warmer.
