Worst Culture and Completely Biased - Manager - ECommerce METRO Employee Review

If you dont belong to retail industry, dont even think of joining METRO. Their culture is the worst among companies I worked. Most of the employees in Bangalore Head Quarters are North Indians and they clearly biased towards the same race. Disgusting. They will isolate you if you are not from their places. Over paid KAMs, Senior Managers, MDs. All these folks will suffer big time once retail goes completely online. HR doesnt care about building a team but keep boosting it as great place to work. All their great place to work rankings are manipulated. They come after you and demand to give positive feedback.
