Very strong processes, Learning curve is very good, High exposure to almost everything about retail
Cons
Horrible management at top, No clear vision , short term goals, Too many generalists, not even a single expert, Complicated processes (has been made so), Forget about work life balance, Very casual and little analysation before taking decisions, No respect for Hard work, bad politics, very low salary as per industry, Poor appraisal process. Lot of Negatives about the company. Company belongs to a successful German group but is trying to copy a FAILED American model.
