      Pros

      Great people, options to work from home meant good work life balance.

      Cons

      Salary not at market rate. Previous GM left and replacement runs the business like a small corner store. Micro management from the top in Australia, not in keeping with UK values. Trying to save every cent to the detriment of team spirit.
