Pros

Good staff discount, lots of glitter (if you're into that) and that's about it.

Cons

Was constantly ostracized by managers and other staff - if you aren't part of the Lush cult then you are pushed out like it's a high school clique, even by upper head office management. No help for anyone struggling or with disabilities. I watched good managers struggle with constantly doing extra work and putting their heart and soul into their work to be crushed by head office time and time again, eventually leading to such great staff eventually leaving. I watched manu staff crack it at being underpaid, we screamed for years about the rostering and wanting to not be on a paper system, and lo and behold, turns out they had underpaid us for years because of that paper system we were fighting them over. It looks like a happy place but in reality its a toxic, nasty cult with a lot of cutting corners and backstabbing. Even the products are cheapened up compared to what they used to.

Pros

Excellent inclusive company culture, employee discount, learning about natural ingredients for skincare, genuinely great and engaged team members, flexible work schedule for part time or casual positions.

Cons

High amount of work, unreasonable "evidence driven" feedback and coaching models, and unrealistic performance metrics for comically low pay, especially for floor coordinators. No additional pay given for specialty roles, which is many enhanced responsibilities over a specific area of the business, and little opportunity for career growth beyond the sales floor unless you are hired from an external management position. Floor Coordinator seems to be the highest rung most people can hit before being driven elsewhere.
