Induction period, where you think you've landed a good brand to work for with good values and ethics which turns out to be the complete opposite.
Cons
The environment is toxic with hostile management. What you’re taught during induction is completely different from the reality in store, it’s mostly brainwashing. There’s a high staff turnover, no pay for overtime and you’ll likely to work on your days off. Do your research before accepting the job offer. Managers dating each other
