Pros
Even though it is a huge company, many departments are still run in an entrepreneurial fashion. You are encouraged to bring new ideas and test things out. People are usually amazing but really depends on the department. Vacation time is decent and managers are usually flexible with time Off.
Cons
Long hours, working from home is discouraged even though 99.9% of the work can be done remotely. Growing in the company is tough.
