Pros

- Luxury work environment. - High level of opportunity for growth and movement if you want it. - Lots of development for associate education on brand knowledge, heritage, and products. - Low pressure to sell, but as long as you are passionate, you will sell very well. - Open-dialogue with managers about anything concerning work or personal life. - Teams become families. - Free uniforms, tailoring, and dry cleaning. - There are always new and exciting launches and collaborations to look forward to. - You get to work for a company that genuinely remains true to its craft and heritage at all costs. - The best products around, and you will be hard-pressed to find prouder employees. - There is always something to do, and it doesn't always feel like work. - You get to say "I work at Louis Vuitton" when people ask.

Cons

All my cons come with a "but". - Some benefits and perks may not be on par with some of the lesser luxury companies, but this is somewhat due to an already higher price-point. - Louis Vuitton has gone somewhat mainstream, so you have to educate a lot of surprisingly uneducated consumers about the handmade craftsmanship of the products and rich history of the brand, but this is actually an enjoyable part of the job in many of cases, because knowing more about the product actually makes the consumer want it more, and will make them into an enthusiast. You just have to know your stuff.

Pros

Pay for an entry level sales is good, structure, benefits, great corporate leaders outside store. Take all rules very seriously, even if longer team members sway from them. Bring AirPods, pack lunch for breaks, to not deal with traffic due to location or plan out your break ahead. You will be standing your entire shift after training. Great break room with plenty of space to eat and cook/ store your lunch. Great GM. Great tools provided to clientele.

Cons

Be agreeable, take notes, keep opinions to yourself, follow ALL rules (including uniform) strictly as there are many, you will be timed, tracked, reviewed daily. Do so and you can grow exponentially with time 2-4 years.
