      Pros

      Only seem to fire those who seriously misrepresented themselves coming in. Good work/life balance. Fairly open communication

      Cons

      Company not very (general) IT centric. (Imagine this is different for airplane software.) My fairly isolated IT program seems ambitious but impractical (resources, expertise, etc.) about running itself. Apparent uncertainty and under achievement of program offerings and objectives. High turnover seems almost by design.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
