      Lockheed Martin provides a lot of opportunity for professional development (training, classes, IRAD) and for professional advancement (same job, new project as well as new job, same project).

      Cons

      This is a big organization and you can get 'lost' by being pigeonholed in a particular job. Do your best and tell your management what development and advancement you want every chance you get.

      Good 401k matching (10%), Friendly People, Kind Managers, Job Security, Plenty of growth opportunities, 4/10 Schedule and 3 day weekends

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
