      Fully Flexible hours, lots of room for growth, good benefits. Stable job doing interesting work for the Navy. Very cool career opportunities for travel and testing in different places around the world.

      Cons

      Some organizational inefficiencies. Big loss in translation between upper management and engineers. Disorganized decision making leads to nuisances on our end.

      Good 401k matching (10%), Friendly People, Kind Managers, Job Security, Plenty of growth opportunities, 4/10 Schedule and 3 day weekends

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
