Cons
Incompetent managers who care more a about playing the blame game then resolving issues. Poor overall leadership whom seem to be blind to the high turnover rate. Employee retention is lacking and no one seems to care. Employee morals is lacking, future bonuses are the only reason some stick around. Poor communication and very dependent on international. Departments work against other departments by avoiding tasks and placing them on others.
