Business Outlook
Pros
1. Being a student and therefore being free over Summer, was able to pick up as many extra hours as I wanted. 2. Very good hourly rate of pay. 3. Opportunity for advancement.
Cons
1. Long hours, with very poor break allowance (20mins for over 6 hours work). 2. Largely independent work, so very little interaction with co-workers, leading to low communication between staff. 3. Under-staffed, so any inconveniences such as an employee turning up late or calling in sick increases working day drastically.
