Pros

I have worked for this company for more than a decade, and have been proud to say I have, due to the progressive nature of business operations and increasing focus on employee wellbeing. The people I have worked with have been excellent teammates - hardworking, fair-minded, and knowledgeable.

Cons

The new senior management team is extremely disconnected from the needs of its employees, having recently announced (via a very vague, generic email) that they are instating a return to office mandate for individuals within 50 miles of certain offices. This mandate is sweeping, includes employees who were hired into the organization as remote and employees who were fully remote prior to the pandemic, and comes after the closure of two enormous office buildings (giving us all the impression that remote work would be the norm going forward). The response to this has been unilaterally negative, and the silence from senior leaders had been deafening. My trust in management has been destroyed, and I am unsure if it will ever be restored.

Pros

Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

Cons

Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
