Pros
Paid Vacation Time(3 weeks to start, 4 personal holidays after 90 days; accrue your 4th week of vacation time after 3 years; 5th week after 10 years). Flexible work hours (staggered start times, options of 45min or 60min lunch breaks), overall a great company that care about their employees. Company is great to work for. Local office support is also great. People are friendly.
Cons
Office seems to overlook great potential in people who are trying to advance with their career. Management is poor within the office I work in, they pick favorites and communication between management and staff is poor. Health insurance isn't the best since it changed over. It is expensive and overall pointless - hardly anything is covered under the new plans and out of pocket expenses are ridiculous.
