      I love l'oreal as i have been working here for the past 15 years. As I move up the ladder, the politics is becoming more unbearable. It is very hard to implement things because there are too many cooks in the kitchen. The quality of bosses are hit or miss- they are smart but too much ego

      Company performance very strong. Great brands. Some lovely and talented people.

      Cons

      Very specific (French) culture - hierarchical, political, & arrogant. You either buy into it and thrive or you decide that’s not for you and leave.
