      Pros

      not much to say: located centrally, free Pluralsight account

      Cons

      For Malta location, I can definitely say that the company is quite Unprofessional. The assignments/projects changes too rapidly, this also means they don't have long-term projects. They have changed my project 5 times in 8 months and the upper management was unaware of this situation. So it is hard to specialize in a certain subject. It is also hard to promote if you are not Maltese, so the upper management plays favorites. They are not open to new technological ideas, it takes a lot of time for the software team to acquire a new development strategy.

      Pros

      It might sound cliche but the Pro for me is the people that I work with. I'm lucky enough to be staffed in a team with great leadership. Managers are actually willing to coach junior members and be a real mentor. I very much appreciate their efforts.

      Cons

      Long hours and office politics. This is pretty basic and obvious for any public accounting firms. Every time a quarter end, year end, or a special filing is going out, you can expect 10-14 hour days. It might be fine in your early career but it gets really tiring after a few years.
