      Pros

      Request for more hours are usually honored. The paper work part is easy enough and discounts on food is always a plus.

      Cons

      Upper management's not up to par and lacks structure, lack of training, always on call and when requesting time off, you're usually given a eye roll and a "maybe"

      Pros

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.

      Cons

      Basic service industry stuff. Nothing extraordinary.
