Flex hours, thats all i can find good with working at this company. Nothing else just the fact i can work round my family most the time.

Poor wages for management always under staffed because bad labour targets unrealistic targets which means the job is not always posssble to do at a good standard
It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.
