Pros

Absolutely and unequivocal no pros whatsoever

Cons

The pay is attrocious, they pay you minimum wage and they expect the world from you. They expect you to work your backside off through the entirely of your shift, serve 100s of customers, run around like headless chickens and no one cares. There is so much tasks they make you do such as detailed cleaning, serving, packing, stocking up whilst they pay you minimum wage. The environment is unhealthy too. The management staff have no regards to they staff needs and wellbeing. They expect their staff to be on full tilt throughout the duration of your shift. Many times i do a 12 hour shift to which i am entitled a 45 minute break (UNPAID), how some management staff refuse to even give you this. Imagine working 12 hours non stop and only be given a 30 minute break? As a muslim it is obligatory for me to pray so whilst doing a 12 hour shift, some management staff refuse to let me go for 5 minute to complete my prayer citing i should complete it during my break. However that is completely impossible and very selfish considering im working my backside off for 12 hours. This is just a small example of the hatred i have for this company. My advice? IGNORE AT ALL COST!!!

Pros

Working at KFC has several advantages. One major benefit is the flexible scheduling, which makes it a good option for students or people with other jobs. The position is also entry-level friendly, meaning employees typically do not need prior experience to get hired. In addition, the fast-paced environment can make shifts feel shorter and more engaging. Many employees also enjoy the team atmosphere and develop friendships with their coworkers. Another advantage is the availability of employee discounts or free food during shifts, as well as the potential for advancement into shift leader or management roles.

Cons

However, there are also some disadvantages to working at KFC. The pay is often relatively low, usually close to minimum wage. The job can be physically demanding, requiring employees to stand for long periods, work in a hot kitchen, and perform tasks such as lifting and cleaning. The work environment can also be messy due to grease and food preparation. Additionally, the job can be stressful during busy hours, especially when dealing with long lines or high customer demand. Employees may also have to handle difficult or impatient customers, which can be challenging. Finally, work schedules may be inconsistent, with hours varying from week to week.
