Pros
Decent compensation and benefits. Some executives willing to listen and act to help junior employees. Coworkers were very nice overall.
Cons
Forced people to work in a remote site without proper accommodation. I was told by a manager “Houston is dangerous too. You may get killed in a car accident driving back home today.” after I expressed my concerns about safety going to that site as a female. I can still remember one manager told me “I’m not ready for you to say no” when I reinstated I don’t want to go there. Another manager has forced the team to travel during a tornado because she wanted to be home early. Didn’t happen as the flights were all cancelled, but she risked the team’s safety to drive to airport when the locals were taking shelters.
