Pros
The great things about JC is it's history, focus on customer and the people who all work together to get things done. Great collaboration and team work across business units, countries and teams.
Cons
Tend to adopt a 'one size fits all' approach to Employee Benefits when people really would appreciate the opportunity of tailoring their own benefits package to suit their individual circumstances. Legacy IT systems do not interface and business processes tend to be cumbersome. It's getting better though.
