      Very intelligent people capable of accomplishing amazing innovations which are changing the world.

      Cons

      Massive and continual headcount reductions. Constant reorganization and changing of strategic vision. Personal goals not aligned for success.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
