Pros

Car (payment taken out of monthly check), benefits, flexible boss, don't have to be in the office all the time, very smart and interesting clients

Cons

First of all, if recruiters have to work to sell you on the job and it seems too good to be true, I learned my lesson that it probably is. I've been here less than a year, and it didn't take me long to see that: - management is so out of tune with what is going on in the front lines and therefore they make poor decisions - there are always some kind of reactive changes or implementations put in place to save money - even when you try and do the right thing, you're just always running into problems that are outside of your control - getting anything resolved is damn near impossible - spend so much of my day dealing with IT and computer problems - nickel and dime employees and customers to death - marketing? yeah right - no incentives to do better - they only care about you if you're a top performer - commission structure is trash - no real sales strategy - good luck moving up in the company! - for how much work and problems you and the customers have to deal with, it's not enough pay nor should anyone have to put up with that stress just because your company wants to cut corners
