Pros

NOTE: This review is only for Gurgoan Office. 1. Good for those who want to work for Maintenance Software Projects for Many Years without boredom. 2. Also Good for those who do buttering to their manager.

Cons

1. They have very small setup at Gurgaon Office where your mind get crapped inside concrete building structure. 2. They do not follow their tag line 'One Team Our Time' instead environment at gurgaon office is like 'No Team My Time'. 3. They is no technical Expertise here only Domain Expertise matter here so OLDER people sitting here from many years are dominant one. 4. Seniors and Managers thought, Technology does not matter so they will ask you to work on all different set of technologies like Java, .NET, Testing etc and that too for bug fixing and maintenance work. 5. Here leaders and managers uses their team as a ladder to go up in their carrier and they will never let you grow. 6. Their is no HR at gurgaon office so no activities or festival celebration is their no sports or recreational activities are their at gurgaon office. Full Boring and Dull Environment. 7. Here Managers and their Gangs uses Sprint Meetings as a tool to insult team members.

Pros

Decent base pay and fast paced work makes the days go by quickly. Lately the company has been actually investing in their new product lines ever since Joakim became our CEO.

Cons

The compensation is lacking. No bonuses whatsoever for senior level engineers even when they're recognized as a key contributor on the team. We are given our 401k match on March 1st to cover the previous year's matches so you lose out on a lot of the year's market gains. The healthcare coverage is mediocre at best for a fortune 500 company. The raises are still given like it's 2018; 3% is considered a "good" merit increase. This is due to the "forced distribution" merit increase system where only "so many" people can receives "above expectations" raises.
