Pros

Good and knowledgeable co-workers. Little to no intra-company politics.

Cons

With the merger, almost all of Corporate division from Tyco lost their jobs, as the headquarters moved to Milwaukee. Only ex-CEO got the best deal and will continue to be the CEO of the combined company in two years.
