Standards are being re-established for success and the business system being introduced is a fantastic step. Immense growth opportunity in data centers. Challenging environment that breeds success for those who are open-minded against new approaches to win. Culture of discipline continues to be developed. Tons of growth opportunities and tremendous learning environment with extremely talented and high performing teams (in pockets)

Cons

Consistency has been missing. Direction has not been strategic and often focused on short-term results with deviations from long range plan. Functionalization creates dysfunction and a fake one team environment.
