Johnson Controls is a leading Chiller manufacturer worldwide. Being a part of the San Antonio team is amazing. The management is caring and friendly. Benefits are very good. This is a great place to work.

Cons

The work environment is not very clean since this is a heavy industry.

The benefits are good for the most part.

Cons

Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
