Pros
Package ok but they always promise good bonuses and at the end even when all entity targets have been exceeded, someone in the UK or Canada uses discretion to reduce all bonuses in Europe.
Cons
European management are pretty bad. Result: turnover is extremely high (25%-40% each year). They keep doing workgroups after employee surveys but don't actually listen and do something: employees have to find and implement solutions themselves.
