Good Campus across any DC ! Good extra circular activities.

Cons

Poor Leadership or Senior Mgmt.They are losing respect. Unable to retain excellent talents since they need to provide that visibility and recognition . Do not treat employees as their own.Need to motivate them so that they are committed to work. Poor HR and their Policies.No Empathy. Bottomline - After NRN and Nandan,Who would carry the long term vision and for how long ? Need a mentor of their calibre. The list could go on...
