      Worst company to work with - Lead Consultant - Technology Infosys Employee Review

      Pros

      Have lots of project in US, they work in diverse areas of technology. I do not find much pros so not sure what should I say about this company. They tried to have US structure bust mostly controlled through India only.

      Cons

      You are on your own, no mentoring no path to grow. For growth you are supposed to hell lot of extra operational work. They have different Business units and underneath different practice units, keep on fighting among themselves. Resources feel the pain in terms of less chance of growth, job opportunities. Do not find true leaders in this company, only sales people and show off managers.

      2 at-home days per week

      Cons

      Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
