      Pros

      Mysore campus provides the best kind of exposure, a fresher can have. The atmosphere is so appealing and positive, one loves to work there.

      Cons

      The training syllabus can be a little difficult to deal with. Classes are there from morning till evening, it can be a little hectic.

      2 at-home days per week

      Cons

      Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
