Pros
It's a great school. Depending on the project, you learn a lot and fast. The vast majority of the people you work with are great, they go out of their way to help you, there's a sense of comradeship when you're in a project. The perks are great: pension plan, health insurance, some flexibility to work from home.
Cons
Projects are sold for a fixed price and deadline (the usual in consulting) and management expects it to be delivered on time which creates pressure and the work-life balance one experiences at the start of the project disappears when deadlines approach. This situation is made worse by management which doesn't use any descernible project management methodology. Some project managers can be bad at their job. Ocassionaly you're expected to deal with multiple projects, work long hours, and there's no recognition. Salaries are low compared with other consulting companies and not frequently updated. Evaluations are obscure and career progression is unecessary long.
