      It is a great place if you would like to learn how to be a great mobber, harasser, labor hater.

      Cons

      No Training No Respect No work-life balance Mobbing Too much stress on sales Inditex's management is full of egoist people. They are hiring people who are not suitable for this company culture and forcing them to quit in order to avoid firing process. They can make injurious comments about your physical look.

      Good salary for part time because of overtime

      Cons

      As a full time student, they did not respect my academic schedule, even though they wer telling me that they would. They would make me work overtime without asking me, negatively affecting my academic schedule. Also as promoted, even though I had requested a specific day off a month prior in the application, they "forgot" about it and almost lost my exam because they couldn't make last minute changed
