      Pros

      Staff discount is useful and the allowance is fair enough

      Cons

      Management is a real mess. Problems to book holidays, unexpected changes in the rotas. You have to sign a piece of paper after every shift to get paid. If don't sign in the end of your shift, it's a problem to get that money.

      Good salary for part time because of overtime

      Cons

      As a full time student, they did not respect my academic schedule, even though they wer telling me that they would. They would make me work overtime without asking me, negatively affecting my academic schedule. Also as promoted, even though I had requested a specific day off a month prior in the application, they "forgot" about it and almost lost my exam because they couldn't make last minute changed
