I love that our mission is centered around helping all people find jobs—it's something I find deeply fulfilling. The leadership here is supportive, and I'm fairly compensated for the work I do. The sense of purpose we all share makes it a fantastic place to work.
Cons
As with any fast-growing company, things can move quickly, which can sometimes feel like you're balancing a lot of priorities. Different markets have different products at different times making global convos challenging
