      -Remote -Unlimited PTO - They let me keep my laptop when they laid me off

      Cons

      -It is very much a surprise PIP culture now -The vibes were in the gutter, and everyone is scared -The products aren't even that good -New CEO never shows his face (Chris used to at least every month) and openly acts like he doesn't care about his employees - They do silent layoffs, reorgs all the time - AI AI AI AI AI AI AI AI

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

      Constant reorgs and layoffs. Tight budget for promotions.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
