      1. Regular and timely communication with HR on progress of the interview 2. Excellent communication on the expectations of each interview 3. No delays between interviews (including meet and greets). Offer was provided within 4 weeks from the first interview. 4. Great interview culture.

      Cons

      1. Awareness of the number of interviewers at each meeting. I was informed that two interviewers were attending and four arrived. Although this did not unsettle me, it could be quite confronting to others. However, the interviewers were friendly and transparent which demonstrated the great culture of the company.

      Pros

      The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

      None, I cannot think of one pro.

      Cons

      The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
